"Wow, I've been a skillet nut my whole life and have tried many at different restaurants in my 67 years. But I can honestly and unequivocally say that the carnitas skillet here was the best skillet I have ever had. Perfectly cooked pork, amazing seasoned potatoes and just the right amount of pepper heat. Get it with tortillas and make tacos, but that's this old Mexican's humble opinion."
